Akon wants to launch his new fragrances soon. His signature scents for men and woman are called „Aliaune“and „Konvict“. With his perfume he wants support his Foundation called „Konfidence“in order to improve the quality of life for the people in his hometown Senegal. Everyone who wants to get the chance to meet Akon should visit his site to win an All-Access VIP Pass for two persons to Akon’s exclusive fragrance launch party in Atlanta, GA. Akon named his scents after his name „Aliaune Akon Thiam“and the second album „Konvict“.

Akon does not only want to start a new perfume- he is also making businesses with his newly founded company „Konvict Cosmetics“. It seems to be another start-up of the successful singer and producer. He also owns his own clothes line and of course the label „Konvict Muzik“. I hope that the fragrances will get in stores soon so I can test it out.
